Led by Tikiri Shapiro, every class is taught at a mixed level so that beginners and practiced yogis can explore their personal goals while flowing in harmony.
Tikiri has been teaching for five years and practicing for eight. She received her training and RYT certification at the Yava Yoga School in Fairfax, VA. She has taught over 1,500 hrs of classes in a variety of studios and athletic complexes in Seattle, Virginia, and Delaware.
