Our Transform-U Challenge is a great way to jump-start your journey to better health! Over the course of 4 weeks you'll learn to train smarter and eat better under the watchful eye of a personal coach. We'll provide the structure, consistency, and motivation you need to reach your goals this summer!
Your program includes:
An 1:1 initial Goal and Nutritional consultation - Including bodyfat analysis and measurements
(2) Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions per week - No more than FOUR participants per session
