Welcome to CrossFit Iron Coast! Quite simply, CrossFit is a fun and effective way to get fit. And best of all, ANYONE can do it! It is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other movements. Always varied, always changing, always producing results.
The most enjoyable aspect for most members is that CrossFit is based on a team/group workout environment. Each member chooses a time that he/she can attend a scheduled class. All participants in that class warm-up together, work on skills together and perform the workout of the day. As a team, as a family, as a unit, they start and end the workout together. Pushing, encouraging, and helping each other along the way; similar to that of a professional sports team or military unit.
Our programming is always scaleable and suitable for all ages, ability levels, and physical conditions. Essentially, anybody that has a body can effectively participate and benefit from CrossFit!
